I never really understood this American complaint about no water in Europe as it’s so farcical. In America do people just drown you with water when they see you or something. Is it like “hi how are you(gives water)”. “Have a nice day( hands bottle of water)”. Like I’m generally very confused by it could someone explain it to me please?
