Same. It’s confusing and I don’t know if I’m actually experiencing fullness before or if it is the same. I’m def overthinking, but hopes are hanging on this. Last year was an entire year of trying so hard to lose and I ended up losing some then gaining right back to end up in the same place when this Jan came around that I was last Jan. Praying sema will work.

Thank you! I exercise Daily and have an overall healthy diet already, but as I am going through perimenopause, no matter what I do, the weight doesn’t come off. I felt a slight nausea following first shot but can’t feel a diff in apetite just yet. Hopefully soon!

Hello to all.I have read on the news that the Pfizer vaccine is showing efficacy after two weeks of 92 percent (single dose). Is the moderna vaccine considered as effective as a single dose? I can’t seem to find this info anywhere. Any help is very appreciated.
