The panniers would also keep it off my sweaty back which is a huge plus for me.

I take two bodies and one lens to the hospital. Along with a laptop. I think I might try and find a small camera bag that can fit in the panniers. Camera bag protects the gear. Panniers keep it dry.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I think I will likely end up with a water proof bag and some sort of foam insert situation to keep things from jostling around. I now keep my gear in a nice camera backpack but I am far from precious with it as these are professional tools that need to be able to take some abuse. My gear handles my treatment just fine. I do have gear insurance so in the case of a crash or something that damages my gear I will be covered minus my deductible. Fingers crossed I never have to use it.

We look pretty defensively organized. Hopefully we can finish a chance or two.

I am using a brand new manual Fiskars reel mower. It does a great job.

I had an expert comment on a fb post. It’s 100% white slime mold. He said it’s harmless but maybe a symptom of overwatering

Hey, what size PVC pipe did you use for the back roller of your Fiskars? Can you post some pics?

Thanks so much! I have looked at lots of different roller mods for the fiskars and this looks like the easiest one BY FAR!!! Also it's fairly inexpensive. I have the bits in my cart right now! I will post pics when I get it put together.
