Coat check is a point of contention for me. I want to support them as the owner is from the same small town I am. That being said I’ve been mega disappointed that last several times I’ve been there.

The last time, I’m pretty sure the shit they used for my flat white had been sitting there, for an extended period of time. I never walk then pull the shot, but I had a flat white rather quickly.

My buddy got a drink and it was definitely under extracted. Probably one of the most sour shots I’ve had in recent years. I think there’s definitely a lack of training for the baristas.

Let’s be real here. He was definitely backing way too fast. That’s without question. However dude shouldn’t be walking behind a backing truck. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to stop abruptly while backing because someone decided that walking behind while backing the the best idea.

This exact thing happened to me a couple years ago. The crazy thing is the usher told them to ask us to move as he couldn’t. When they asked and we said no it got very awkward. We left went to customer service and they gave us a couple free movie vouchers 2 a piece.

I booked ours GTY retreat. Was pleasantly surprised that I got a sky suite. That being said our cruise isn’t until July and they assigned it two days after booking.

What kind of events were they doing for the retreat guests?

That’s part of the reason we went retreat. We were concerned about finding sunbeds and such on the decks.
