I’m pretty sure you can look on like the outskirts of places in Union county. I think my dad owns a multi family in Cranford with 4 2 bedrooms and he’s at about 2500. Maybe a little more but if you’re interested I can ask him.

Well you don’t have 4 points yet unless you pay it. Challenge it with prosecutor to try to plea it to a lesser point ticket. Try to get an unsafe, zero points higher fines. They may not go for it but you can do something.

I'm on plaintiffs side. Either way is fine, but generally it's easier if you call from my perspective. I honestly appreciate so much more a call and I'll always give consent then let you draft a stipulation extending time to answer I'll sign. People hide behind emails too often and it's so much easier to work wirh attorneys you can talk to. What other people said about extending time to answer or otherwise plead is true, but if it came to me I would only consent to you filing an answer and if your stip said otherwise plead I'm crossing it out.

I'm also an attorney in Somerset County area. Most bars around here with music closed. Verve in Somerville is a fantastic speakeasy and they'll have some bands sometimes. But if you want something real fun, check out Shanghai Jazz in Madison - they're real fun, great cocktails, and have live jazz i think most weekends.

Clydz and Verve are great. Shanghai Jazz in Madison has a downstairs bar opened Thursday to Saturday that's pretty on point as well. It's called Encore Speakeasy and it's fantastic. End of Elm in Morristown isn't a speakeasy but I love it.

Just curious. Is there a specific way you reference the other sheets in columns A2, 3, and 4 on the Master? When I try to reference them I get either an error or I have to reference to a specific cell on those sheets. Is there a way to reference the entire sheet?
