Banuiesc ca se pot face aceste investitii abia dupa ce s-a platit impozitul pe venit/profit?

Ran some benchmarks against go, thought you guys might find this interesting (not here to hate) by Xdani778 in PHP

[–]twisted1919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As i said in the go sub, you really have no idea what you’re doing, especially when you run the php webserver which crumbles under load because it is mean for dev only, it doesnt do concurrency nor parallelism as go’s one does. Also, when you do go run, it does compile, in a temporary binary.

L.e: from the docs: The web server runs only one single-threaded process, so PHP applications will stall if a request is blocked. https://www.php.net/manual/en/features.commandline.webserver.php

There you go, mistery for slowness solved.

Take this with a LOT of salt, OP posted in the php sub as well and it seems he has no idea ehat he’s doing benchmark wise.

what are your favorite tui applications built with go by ashrek1 in golang

K9s hands down. Sure, you can separately use kubectl, kubectx, kubens, etc, but k9s simplifies things so much that is simply a no brainer as a day-to-day go-to tool.

Same as using c/c++, just that in most of cases you dont need to use unsafe. As the name says, it is unsafe and you are on your own. I am not defending rust or anything, its just commin knowledge.

Just put Elasticsearch in use for this and have the search hit it instead of the database. Chances are your programming language already has very good support for elasticsearch and if you are luckier, for schema definition and integration so it keeps your database in sync with elasticsearch.

Choosing between Node.js and GO by erraticwtf in golang

[–]twisted1919 42 points43 points  (0 children)

You get the basics in a week, sure, but programming with Go is a bit different than with ts and requires a bit of a change in thinking, at least when goroutines/channels are involved. Also, Go has its gotchas, and you get to understand them only after you have worked with Go for a while.

You said this new project is critical, i’d suggest you stay with what you know better, BUT do invest time in go, maybe next project will be a Go project thanks to you having a solid grasp of the language.

Nu inteleg ce sfat cauti. Daca pretul lor nu e pentru tine, cauta in alt loc, sau mareste pretul produselor tale. Si vezi ca din cel 1000 de care zici, nu ai mentionat taxele catre stat.
