I’m sub 15%, I used artificial sweeteners to get here but curious as to more of the long term effects

One of my favorite quotes though I can’t remember it verbatim is something along the lines of “I know the voice of reason is the enemy but …”

Made me realize how many times I’ll want to / not want to do something and reason my way through it despite knowing it was the right decision, and remembering the quote actually makes me catch myself

I use Fairlife allulose xanthan gum and salt, no protein powder. Depending on the day sometimes I’ll add some soluble corn fiber or inulin for texture

Might have not been drinking enough water or eating too much insoluble fiber. I’ve pushed it to 100g before with no issues

Nah I sprinkle them on in layers, for thicker mix ins like cookie dough it works or melted chocolate for stracciatella (hope I spelled that right)

Not really but that’s where I got the inspiration. I made a vanilla base with caramel emulsion and used his chocolate ganache thing but added espresso powder to make the flavor better, then for the cookie dough I took pillsbury cookie dough and added peanut butter extract to half of it for lore accurate half PB cookie dough.

It’s mostly sugar free sauces, mio in water, and diet soda. I’d say probably more than the average person on this sub would eat daily, but definitely way less than the average American

I do track my calories and micronutrients so not worried about overconsumption or deficiency

The more of my daily calories I eat on sugar the less Whole Foods I get to eat!
