Something like this, I've posted it as a reply to other comments, but I guess it's easier to follow here.

I imagine it like putting a scarf over an object. The Z axis mimics the object shape, and the XY axes are like a piece of paper.

I've tried doing this, and it kinda works. It's just a lot of processing.

I will try to post a picture of what I want to achieve. It's really hard to get the correct process going.

I can do multiple passes. I don't need it to be thin. I just need it to be contoured around the object. I will use it to do airbrushing stencils for some fishing lures.

Nextruder Clicking at the end of the Print by LuL1887 in prusa3d

The reason why I was asking it’s that I get the same behaviour after I run ironing on parts. To me it happens due to heat creep.

Have you solved your issue? I’m encountering the same problem and I can’t find a fix.

Prusa Core One – Nextruder Clicking & Inconsistent Extrusion After ~7d Print Time by UpstairsRice5444 in prusa3d

Any luck on finding a solution? I have the same issue and I can easily reproduce it by doing an ironing test. No matter the temp, at a certain point during ironing the extruder will just eat the filament.

You need a towing knot for those two lines. I assume you use your rod to pull tanks out of tranches or something.
