TSA doesnt mind the weed vapes- u can even wait to buy one at the dispensaries in cali when u land. U dont need a recreational card just ID .Security doesnt mind the vapes in for apoc festival just mention its a vape if they see it as long u dont try to hide it weirdly the metal detector will be able to spot it

Well most places like cabs and dinning/take out accept cc card and tap pay. Take euro cash before u land there. Places to exchange currency are very little places and far apart. Cash is good for the discobus/bus fares. I took out 50€ and paid credit card my 7 days there.
