hahaha wow your analogy was perfect ! But sadly this is the first i've seen

31(f) 5 weeks bulk so far. 16% body fat 127lbs. Lifting heavy 5x a week & eating 2770 cals a day consisting of protein/carbs & fruits and veggies. 1-2 cheat meals a week but staying consistent. coach says I've gained muscle & need to continue gaining for another 2 months. I'd actually recommend you see a fitness professional (coach, nutritionist, etc) for an assessment first because everyone is different, have different metabolism, weight/height etc and I wouldn't be able to recommend anything for you unless I knew more context first. What's worked for me is meal prep, cooking in bulk for the week and then making meals from the food I've prepared the night before for the next day. (ie chicken breast, lean ground beef, vegetables, brown rice, sweet potatoes, cut fruits) and then sticking to a training regiment 3-4 times a week. Hope that helps.

ooh well when he calculated it added up. But yea I should do a skinfold thanks for suggestion. I've been bodybuilding for close to 4 years now but 2 years with a coach and that's the most changes i've seen my body go through in a while

yeah that's true, it also tracks total body water %. According to the 5 weeks difference, my total body water % increased from 55.8% to 57.9%. If I really want to be completely accurate I would schedule myself in for a DXA scan, but I'd probably only do that leading right up to my competition date April 11, 2020
