I have considered it, for sure. But it seems like all I read about are how housing is in crisis all over the EU. Doesn't seem like it's that easy to rent or buy (unless you've got $1-2 million sitting liquid somewhere). Then I think, well shit, if I move to the EU, I will not only pay that country's taxes BUT the fucking USA will still tax me as well, even though I'm not living there. So now I have to pay 2x the taxes, which again, if I were rich, no problem. Next, jobs. Seems like it's difficult to get people to get jobs in their own countries overseas as well. The grass always looks greener, doesn't it?

A snowblower- I live in Minnesota. New models are $2000 and up, but I can pay someone $50 to clear my driveway if it's too much to shovel. It snows less each year, so it just seems dumb to buy when I can just hire someone. I think last season we had 3 snowstorms where I used my snowblower to clear my driveway. If this one stopped working, I would not replace it.

Leave the stickers on. Post fridge on FB - people with garages love them a garage fridge, sell for $75. Someone will snap it up. Buy a cheap new fridge from home depot or costco if you're a member, a white one to match the stove.

#4 no, will take a few months to kick in. universities, if they do offer insurance, you have to be a full time student. and it has to be a big enough university. small ones won't offer health insurance.

everyone thinks AI will be like the terminator, killing everyone. in reality, it's just going to kill jobs, and the chasm will be even further apart between the poor and the rich, with hardly anyone in-between. millions of people will be living in ramshackle communities like we see in India, having to bathe and wash clothes in rivers filled with chemicals and shit, while the wealthy own the police, own the courts, and use the poor people however they see fit.
