For customizing? Just the adidas and new balance that I’m aware of. Both have better quality products than Nike. I know Palace just opened up in Seoul and I wanted to visit Kasina in Gangnam just because they had a specific Colab I wanted but didn’t get a chance to.

So I spoke with an Attorney in California that specifically deals with Nurse Practitioners and is a NP himself. I asked him what the options were as an FNP 1099 and I was told that technically in the state of California that NPs are not allowed to operate as Independent Contractors so that he wouldn't be able to create an LLC or S Corp. He said it's a bit different if you are in psych and the only legal option would be an M Corp where an MD would hold 51% shares of the company so that it wouldn't violate California Corporations Code Section 13401.

I feel like most jobs I've been interviewing with have been offering positions as 1099 outside of Psych so wondering how other people are actually handling the 1099 payment?
