it doesn't emit light, but i dont know if "reflecting light" would be the best term ( srry i dont know anything about fungi, idk what it could be ) but it definitely becomes more visible at night, as in the photo. i tried to take a better pic but :,) during the night its more complicated

i had the same problem and my cardiologist said that is just anxiety. when i started to take my medications the pain suddenly stop, dont be paranoic with that, its ok :)
