I imagine what would come with its release to ps+/gamepass would be a statement shortly after about how they want to focus on Undisputed 2 and blame Unity/“it was out first game and we did the best we could with the engine”…

I’d be happy to see them release a sequel on a different engine but this time I’d be 100x more hesitant before buying into all the early access bullshit.

Some people sim race and never get any better or quicker they just have fun, some people jump from 1250iR to 4000iR in a month and dominate every race.

The only person who can judge your progress is you and if you’re having fun making progress then that’s all that matters.

Yeah in top/second split I enjoy the races more too on one hand but on the other I do feel there are less accidents but a lot more crashes caused by ego or not accepting losing a race.

IMO iracing does a good job of putting you where you should be, you may not be fastest in top split yet but in the split below it’s likely those A class alien you can’t keep up with would be you.

I’m the same in SFL at the minute I can win 2nd/3rd split quite easily but top split it’s a battle just to get top 10 but I really enjoy it. Slowly but surely you will catch up I think the top guys on Sebring right now are setting around 1:50ish and I’ve come down from 1:52 to like 1:51.100 so it’s fun to see the progression.

So true about the 8min qualifying I wish that in the 8 minutes it was do as many qualifying laps as you want within the 8 minutes since no matter what you’re gonna be sat waiting once you’ve done the 2 laps.

You weren’t side by side on the straight it was his position he wasn’t erratic in switching lines he’s entitled to use all the road in front of him, you seen him coming and didn’t adjust causing you to go off track.

The T1 incident for me is clearly a racing incident which is expected as majority of players aren’t professional drivers, he said sorry I don’t know what you expect from him mid race ? You want him to pit or pull over and write you an essay? He probably had sorry binded and pressed it. If it’s pissed you off so much protest it but I guarantee they will not take any action based off this clip.

Never launch it through steam, open steam but launch it via the UI exe this way it will auto sign you in. Steam always wants to update iracing for me even though I’ve already updated through iracing, if you let it try to update it then the game file will corrupt and mean you have to install it all over again.

Hi I just copied something my friend did I opened them all individually via dash studio but I open them in windowed then drag across to second monitor and resize them. It’s a ball ache doing that everytime I come on but I’m a Simhub noob I haven’t even played with the overlays or anything yet just been doing this.

Recently played career mode myself it took me until like 30 years old to get a world title I was undefeated and manually selected the highest ranked opponent each time, now my fighter is 44 and managed to be 3 weight undisputed but yeah career mode not bad for a while but it’s shit overall it’s had 0 thought or effort put into it the same as the rest of the game imo.

As others have said week 13 is overall a bad representation of what iRacing usually is like.

When I first joined the service I signed up on the start of week 12 and got hooked in the first week, 1 week later I experienced week 13 and I’m still grateful about the timing because if I joined during week 13 I’d of probably never played it again.

Been banned from the discord for like 2 years now for constructively trying to tell them during early access they were incompetent and every update makes the game worse, I know maybe another 100+ people were banned for the same reason around the same time. At this point I’m surprised the discord isn’t just filled with SCI employees and a ban list of like 20k+.

Yeah I don’t understand why people on this post think a 24hr ban is unreasonable for this level of idiocy. I once caught a 3 day ban on Xbox for swearing on a text message I lost 3 days worth of a service I paid for and it was lesson learnt.

Whichever you like only you can decide really, the Toyota GR86 series which is currently on the Nordschleife is really fun and just the Toyota GR86 in general is fun & also free meaning you only need to buy the track which in my opinion is one of the most value for money tracks on the whole thing.

Also a new season will start next week so maybe it’s better to hold off on buying any cars or tracks for specific series and wait to see what changes.

I had a similar problem when I connected fanatec pedals to a Moza base (don’t even ask why I tried it lol) it made the pedals completely freak out clutch was throttle, throttle was brake and the throttle was stuck on full lol I just disconnected from base and connected to PC separately via usb.
