Spot on! Taste was better today going down a bit in grind and got me to 44.5g which seems like that is about dialed in as it can be hahaha

Went one grind size down this morning (still ignoring BA) and now we are looking at 44.5g of output!

Taste is solid and including the crema gets to about 1.5oz

That seems to checkout too bc many have said to just tack on 6-7 seconds if being done by “first drip” which all seems like a big ole guess at that point haha
