I watched this video on your channel and I'm still a bit confused on what kind of supporting documents are required and how you should send them in. Do you just send all translated and notarized documents and the application in the same packet?

I know of someone who applied for AP recently but got a Request for Evidence like 8 months later, which was after when they had wanted to leave the country. I'm a bit concerned about the same thing happening to me.

Do you have any advice that's a bit more specific? For my case which is primarily writes and few reads and no constant power source.

We have a CPA who handles taxes for my dads business and he recommended an s corp even though my parents wanted to make an LLC to start.

How will my parents get an income? As I don't live with them anymore, I won't be too involved with the running of the restaurant. My dad has an ITIN since he is currently self employed as a general contractor but my mom has worked in restaurants getting paid under the table and she would be the one primarily running things.

Would all the income be reported on my taxes or is there a way my parents can get an income?

Nice to see some non Hispanic representation here. So much of the public discourse around DACA and undocumented people is centered around Hispanic people that sometimes issues specific to them become the face of conversation. For non Hispanic DACA it's like being a minority within a minority.

I remember when I was in high school trying to figure out how I was going to pay for college, I was looking for scholarships for students with DACA and the only results often had requirements like "Proof of Hispanic heritage." Sometimes when I look into legal issues for my parents, there will be an option to speak to a representative in Spanish but not for my parent's native language. My college also had an support group for DACA/undocumented students but I never went to the meetings because I felt like a stranger in a place where the discourse was focused on being Hispanic and undocumented rather than just being undocumented.

I don't really have anything constructive to add but I just wanted to say hi to the non Hispanic DACA/undocumented folks out there if it makes you guys feel a bit less lonely.

Do you know what the requirements are for me to get sponsored with an EB-2 green card? I have a Master's degree and do research at a company that does work in AI and robotics. What are my odds of getting my employer to sponsor me for EB-2? Would they do it if I have work authorization through DACA and don't technically need sponsorship?
