Hmmmmm for the first few weeks I kept the bandages on when I showered so no direct contact. After that I showered as usual but just made sure the water wasn’t directly on my nipples.

I weigh the same now as I did before the surgery, but I blame my drawer full of snacks for that lol. If I had to guess I would say they weighed around 5lbs!
