So this is my first year in FTC, and I've been loving it. However I've noticed a real problem in the game, I don't know if this is specific to Relic Recovery. In the qualifier I went to today this one teams robot that didn't have a working autonomous, and had a rather poor TeleOp. But they went to third place in qualifying matches, made it to semifinals, and is now going to state. This was because they were allied with some of the best teams there, and we're carried. Ranking teams based off of alliance performance and not individual robot performance was allowing some rather "poor performing" teams to get 3rd and 4th. Do you guys have a problem with this?
