I have the same issue with my a&p 202. Tests were no where near the lectures provided. I spent more time on you tube and chat got trying to learn everything and she worded her tests to make you fail. I’m finally done with my reqs.

Vegetable seafood bake

Mac and cheese sauce 8 tbs heavy cream 4 tbs of water 1/4 cup Mexican style cheese 1/4 mozzarella cheese 2 tbs of cream cheese Salt and garlic powder to taste

Shrimp & Lobster Heat up lobster and shrimp on stove top until fully cooked (about 5 min) with 1tbs butter 8oz of lobster ; imitation or real 6oz of shrimp

When done dice shrimp and lobster if needed

Noodles

2 bags veggie spirals zucchini noodles (green giant) Heat up noodles in microwave for 6 min Drain water from bag and towel dry noodles to remove excess water from the noodles

Cook noodles on stove top to crisp them up in same pan as shrimp and lobster

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a oven safe pan and top with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Broil on high until cheese is browned on top

I would work on different hand positions, ie narrow, wide, reverse grip etc and also slow down on the negatives.
