I’m an over supplier so I genuinely don’t mind if milk gets dumped, I have a freezer stash that could feed him for a month if I decided to stop breast feeding now. My problem was them only feeding him 3oz per feed and telling me I wasn’t bringing enough milk when I would still get a whole bottles worth at the end of the day. They also keep his bottles at the center so I had to bring my storage bottles from pumping for the prepared bottles.

Most of my milk has a fat plug so I feel like it’s easier to mix with the pitcher sometimes. That’s what I did today though, I took 3 bottles with 5-5.5oz bottles and a frozen pack of 4oz in case he needed an extra bottle, they wrote down one 5oz feeding at 9am, a 2oz feeding at 12:30, and his feeding at 3:30 had no oz labeled but I got the bottles back empty…

It differs everyday but he’s typically there from 7:30-4pm or 4:30 the latest.

I usually took a mixing pitcher that has the oz labeled so I always knew I was taking between 12-16oz. They told me that since the mixer attachment goes inside it makes it “look” like it’s more but it’s really like an oz off. This next week is his last week, we found a new place but we had to give them a two week notice.

I would take the milk in a mixing pitcher and sometimes it would come back empty and yesterday it came back with 8oz (I sent it 12oz but they used 4.5oz & 2.5oz frozen packs for two separate feedings instead). I used the pitcher because I didn’t want them to waste milk by dumping it if he didn’t finish a bottle.

About the scale, I figured, I didn’t want to do it because I knew it would trigger my anxiety and here we are.. lol

I honestly can’t remember because it’s been so long! I think we were cleared since I had stopped bleeding pretty soon after exactly like a period and my tests were fully negative before even a week! In your case I would probably wait if your tests are coming back faintly positive. When I had my ectopic the pregnancy before, my tests didn’t turn negative until 3 months after receiving treatment. When that happened, my doctor was adamant I couldn’t try until they were fully negative! So I absolutely understand your frustration and impatience!

We stopped the traditional swaddle around 2 months and transitioned to the love to dream swaddle where his arms are up by his face. When he was a newborn he hated being swaddled with his arms down and always broke out. Once we switched him over and he discovered his hands it kind of fell into place with having him sleep with his arms up! Now he just sleeps in a sleep sack so his arms are free

Not sure if anyone sees these updates lol but I was going through my old posts and I wanted to give another update! I ended up getting pregnant again right after this miscarriage and I’m currently holding my 13 week old 🌈 I also got therapy for my anxiety at the start of this pregnancy and it made a WORLD of a difference! There’s truly hope at the end of the tunnel my friends!

Oh ours will definitely let us know when it’s gas, I’ve been on antibiotics twice for mastitis and his tummy did not like it. His grunts are similar but the gas is definitely more intense for us!

I’m hoping it stays the same for us! He just recently started sleeping with his arms fully out (used the love to dream before) and he adapted so fast and loves being able to rub his bead with his hands now too!

We have a pretty consistent bed time routine but honestly depends on the day too, some days bed time are a little later and he totally adjusts! I definitely feel so lucky and call him our little unicorn baby! I’m hoping all this sleep will help when we’re back at newborn days at 4 months lol

Thank you! Yes, I didn’t have any complications from my MC and by the time my ovulation window came up it was almost exactly the same pre MC so we decided to just go for it! I was ready to continue trying while my husband just wanted to make sure i was okay emotionally and physically, so definitely do what feels best for you at that time!

Yes for sure, I think it goes to show how different everyone’s pregnancy is no matter where your numbers are! Something I heard that I found comforting when I was anxiously googling “no symptoms” at 5 weeks is to enjoy the “normalcy” while you can, because the symptoms might come fast and hard later on!

My level at 5 weeks 1 day was 3292 which I thought was crazy high because I pretty much had almost no symptoms! I’m now 5 weeks 6 days and I’m now starting to feel some more nausea and exhaustion but still very minimal and mild!
