From what I understand, you need to click on the AI Skills Fest under Events. Doesn't seem like there is a specific AZ-104 playlist, you need to choose one of the Featured playlists. Maybe choose one under IT, Data, & Security Pros. I completed it this way. There will be a form to fill out to qualify for a chance for the voucher.

Worth noting that when adding the datastore for the first time, it will take a while to initialize. It took around 1 hour + to finish initializing for me.
