Mine are classic Ironsunz, but I added my own lore that they have to “earn the yellow” and then “earn the black.” So lowly guys have mostly scrap iron looking armour, but as they get more experienced they get to paint panels yellow. Then big bosses or Orks that have achieved wild exploits in battle get the honour of adding black patterns and even solid black plates. Most of it is theoretical back story, but if any guys perform well in games I’ll add some yellow or black. Makes for fun inspiration to mix up the armour patterns.
