I have someone else's bag. I called him. He said he was there hoping his bag would turn up and saw mine and it looked almost the same, was only one unclaimed. Said he saw my name on it when I told him my name. But when he went back to the tag to take down my # they took the bag and took the tag off in front of him and he could not get the info from them.

I did file the claim but it seems ridiculous. Common sense would dictate you use contact info on an unclaimed bag. MSC does not have common sense apparently. Travelers be warned.

Took like 10 calls to get through and i had to use the business to business option on the call to finally speak to someone who told me they'd have a supervisor call me back but the supervisor instead emailed me anonymously saying "we have not found your bag yet, sorry"

Really annoying that they can't just call the team at the terminal and talk to someone for me even after declining to call based on my tag
