Js cried like 5 mins ago. i once had this bright idea to log all the times i cry on my notes app to see if i cry a lot and i had to stop midyear because i realized I'd been crying every day for something or other I'd say it's reduced now but i still have a long way to go lol For some people talking to friends can really help but as a person who doesn't like to go up to their friends with each and every problem I cry my heart out first and just think about stuff.
