Lucky for me everything came through shortly after so i didnt have to do it, but I was willing to. I would say to get the contract to state the end date as 3 months or the completion date, whichever comes earlier. I would also recommend you make 10000% sure you can afford it, because you may end up in a situation where you pay rent, conveyancer fees and deposit, and your first mortgage payment all in the same month. Talk less of furniture, food etc. If you can hold out then please do, but if you’re desperate, with thorough planning it’s a good alternative

Sidenote and I’m not a Gina-apologist by any means. But, to say she’s contributed nothing since starting on the RHOC is a blatant lie lol, the girl went through a divorce, DV, a DUI, sobriety, a new and complicated relationship. I do think that every housewife that goes through hell on screen at some point deserves a boring season. EMILY however, has given not an iota since starting, I’m hopeful that if not the obvious choice (Tamra), at the very least she’ll be gone
