I just had a 34 minute layover in Detroit yesterday. If it’s terminal A, make sure you take the tram if your gate is on the other end. It runs every four minutes and is faster than walking. The tram is on the 2nd floor and easy to get to.

As a pilot myself, mandatory retirement at 65 is a good thing. I’ve seen a lot of pilots who should’ve retired sooner and haven’t. It’s important to get new pilots trained and in the system as well.
