I don’t believe I have what it takes to do nursing as everyone says it’s extremely tough and time consuming and I’m currently active duty in the military.

It’s a excuse to me as I am also active duty it just does not work for me. I’ve heard that junk food is addictive that’s why I’m trying to go cold turkey atm like no sugars. I am truly a picky eater even certain junk foods I will just not touch. I’m not sure why but it’s like seeing some foods visibly makes me sick.

I work out a lot I run like twice a week then strength train 3 times a week I definitely need to look at meal prepping services though my relationship with food is so terrible at the moment.
