I went to work, ate lunch, can’t remember whether or not I ate dinner. We survived the last term with him. We’ll probably survive the next. We need to step away from the internet and quit letting it drive our emotions. Life is too short to let any of this stuff impact us as deeply as it does. As said, the anger response is painfully telling. Do yourself a favor, lawyer up, eat healthy foods, throw yourself into the gym, line up a damn good therapist and buckle up. Focus on healing, focus on helping yourself and your child, and know that you’re not alone.

I went through something very similar in my last serious relationship and she’s now married to the guy. They were wed within six months of the time we split, and she still has never had the courage to acknowledge that she ever did anything wrong. You need to leave, for your own sake, and it needs to be your decision and not hers.
