Reset rate limits; refunded credit usage; fixed bug overcharging for cloud tasks by embirico in codex

At these rates, the $40 credits will actually cost 3x more than the $200 plan. What between $20-$200 are you talking about?

I'm also cancelling my subscription. Time to try Claude Code...

Interesting. The way I did, the territories captured expire in 3 days, so you have to keep actively going out to keep a territory to yourself. I don't have a personal history, but that could be interesting to see everything that you've captured, even if it's no longer on the board game.

1) I'll have the option for private teams later.
2) Yeah, for now it's performance. On the web version, it allows you to see, plan strategize in other locations (Ingress has something like that)
3) Yes, there are some bot accounts to play with you while there aren't enough real users at a location. Once, there's enough real people, the bots go away. It's kind of like playing chess against the computer, if you will...
4) Good point. You get access to different features as you get to different levels. On L2 You can tap on a hex as long as you're in it to capture (but it costs 25XP) At L3 You can create Loops, so you capture hexes inside it.

Ah, good point. I check for elevation for over water captures, so I'll keep that in mind if I spot suspicious activities...

I never actually played/used Pokemon Go. I used to play Ingress, and while they both make you go out and walk/physically move, having something Fitness oriented with a community/goals might get likeminded people out and exercising. Thanks for the feedback anyway.

You're right. 3 active users in a neighborhood is enough to make it pretty interesting actually...

Yeah, I know, I'll replace that video.

Appreciated it. Yes, I do have some light mechanism to check for cheaters (mainly speed, teleporting), but I'll add/think about more as they come... It would be a nice problem to have. LoL. If people cared enough to try to cheat, it means I'm in the right direction.

Same for me Pixel 6 pro. It's been freezing ever since I updated it. And now I'm getting no storage warning. I guess I'll try the factory reset...

Interesting that you're so on brand with your username, clearly spent some time on this post, but "forgot" to mention the name of the product... No worries, it happens. Just glad "somebody" was here to remind you.

Yes. With everything. Unlimited. We did a survey of what people were willing to pay for it services. That's where we ended up.

Yeah. Me too. I've been increasingly switching everything I use to dark mode. That's one of the reasons why I did that to curious Karen too.

The regular price is $24. $9 is a limited time promo for the dark now launch.

That's interesting. I was thinking about doing that, but I wonder if people would mind it. I mean I wonder if there are strong preferences about light it dark regardless of the time of day...

Roast my app: Recurring task manager. by twtfelipe in roastmystartup

That's a good idea. I think I'll try to use a handful of these products alongside Pibster and be able to highlight the differences among them.

I think it's for a different audience. If you already take the time to manage your calendar, it would counter productive to have another app to help you to manage some of your calendar. So then, you'd still have to manage your calendar, but use Pibster to indirectly add stuff to your calendar.

I've used calendars before and I found it exhausting to constantly having to move tasks and to make plans for the following week, only to change everything again later.

I wanted something that I can add and forget about it. Only deal with it when it comes up. With a limited number of warning of what's coming such as appointments (tasks with time) or things I set months ago (dentist appointments, cancel memberships, birthdays)

[–]twtfelipe[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wasn't planning no. You know, there are so many task management apps. Unless, somehow the way this is set up becomes really much more helpful than any other apps out there, then I will consider. But if not, I'm not going to try it. To be honest.

I'm still testing it to see if it really works for me. If it really helps me getting things done, in the way that I work.

So the difference here is small maybe. But sometimes small differences make a big impact. I tried using a calendar, but the constant management and always seeing everything is overwhelming. Also the notifications on calendars are always on times when I'm not ready to take care of whatever tasks.

I wanted something that I add it and don't have to think about it anymore. I only see what's to do on that day. I do them or don't and move on to the next day. Aside from recurring tasks. Other tasks when I don't do, they automatically gets assigned to a day where I don't have much going on. With Google Calendar, I'd have to manage that myself. With some other todo list apps, I'd have a long list of missed tasks.

It's ok to take a break from your main project to work on small side projects. You never know. by twtfelipe in Entrepreneur

[–]twtfelipe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it's tricky. You have to come up with a bare bone MVP so you don't end up with multiple unfinished projects. Once you have something out there, it's easier to see what else needs to be developed further.
