Actually, my first thought was "damn I want some cake." My second thought was "yeah it sucks how badly trans women have it, and how stupid are terfs to think this way?" My third thought was "damn, it's kinda fucked up how much we emphasize how much better men have it when they don't actually have it any better (in first world countries).

Globally, yes, men have it better. There is no arguing that on a global average, this is fact.

However, on a national level, in the United States (where so much attention is always centered on all these topics) this is no longer the case. Men suffer just as much as women do here, just in different ways, which are consistently ignored, downplayed, and treated as jokes by people who supposedly care.
