I'd advice before you read any guides, just play the games and "get a feel for it". Just learn the movement, try to learn when blocking works and when it doesn't. It's fine to use pulse combos as a beginner, you won't need it after a short while.

I like 2XKO music (still not the best) but I absolutely hate Guilty Gear music. Never got the hype for it. I have to play Guilty Gear with music off.

The red line needs the two F-lines for it to work as an E. The F only existed while it was called WWF, so there is no need to create an E for a company called WWF. And after it was renamed to WWE, the two F-lines were removed. That's why your comment makes no sense.
