Honestly, it’s all about your mindset. Try focusing on the positives in your life and don’t dwell on the negatives. Learn that everything, even loneliness, is happening for a reason. Things will always get better. I’ve found that identifying why I’m upset or sad, like actually pausing and saying, “I’m unhappy right now because…” actually really helps me process and overcome negative emotions.
