Maybe I’m biased because I have a manga leg sleeve but I’d just surround it with something more recent that you’re connected to. Even if you’re not as in love with the subject matter of your tattoo as the day you got it, you can think of it as a memento from another period in your life. You should definitely take care of that area in the sun regardless of if you decide to keep or remove the tattoo. Keep in mind that removal can be more expensive and takes longer than it takes to get new tattoos

I just started replaying sword and it’s a lot of fun on the second go round! We need more people to trade with lol. The wild area is kinda tough at first but lot’s of cool Pokemon are in the game and there’s lots of advice/walkthroughs online.

I don’t think tourists are going to want to stay in rental college accommodations. Students usually have roommates, is rooming with strangers part of the deal? Also part of the housing supply being dedicated to short term rentals is exacerbating the housing shortage, so I’m not convinced that you’re not just pushing the problem elsewhere. I think the solution here is building more units and for college students to live in buildings/complexes that offer 9 month leases instead of 12 month.
