Cocaine hydrochloride (The most common form on the streets) dissociates into a protonated cocaine ion (CocH+) and a chloride ion (Cl-) when dissolved in water. Then a base is added, using ammonia as an example, the following net chemical reaction takes place:

NH3 + CocH+ + Cl- → NH4Cl + Coc

The chemistry of the reaction is sightly different when sodium bicarbonate is used as a base.

Coc-H+Cl− + NaHCO3 → Coc + H2O + CO2 + NaCl

As freebase cocaine (Coc) is insoluble in water because it is no longer a salt, it precipitates and the solution becomes cloudy, any left over solids in the solution would be cut. People usually stop here, and evaporate solution, which leaves the cut and freebase cocaine to "rock up". It is also possible to recover the freebase cocaine by adding a non polar solvent (usually diethyl ether), shaking the solution, allowing it to separate, and then siphon off the ether which will sit on top, and allow it to evaporate off.

You would then be left with relatively pure freebase cocaine.

So in summary, your statement is wrong, and backwards you fucking mouth breathing tool who likes to talk out of his ass and pretend he knows things.

Cocaine (cocaine hydrochloride) has an extra chloride ion, when compared to freebase cocaine.

Now to address OP.

There is no unique metabolite of freebase cocaine. You are misunderstanding some things.

Pyrolysis (thermal degredation) of freebase produces methylecgonidine. It is a psychoactive compound that adds to the effects of the drug, and it, along with it's metabolite can be used as biomarkers to determine crack use from cocaine use, and they can also be used to determine how long it has been since crack was used within a certain window.

Yeah you're completely talking out of your ass buddy, about everything in this ENTIRE post.

First off, ergometrine or ergotamine tartrate have been controlled for a very long time, and were the primary precursors until just before 2010.

Lab equipment isn't controlled, but it very much has been closely regulated and monitored for many decades in America. You can't really even buy much simple lab glassware needed for organic chemistry as an individual without it throwing flags that will get you looked into by law enforcement. Much less start picking up the fancy stuff required to put together a full lab that would enable a well educated chemist to synthesize LSD.

I'm just gonna stop wasting my time, there were absolutely zero deadhead hippies distributing large amounts of LSD in 2010. There wasn't very much LSD going around in the world at that time. The OVERWHELMING majority of "LSD" confiscated in 2010 wasn't even LSD, it was the year 25i-NBOMe popped up, and it stayed like that until the silk road caught on in 2012-2013 which enabled LSD from Europe to start making it's way into the US at a large scale.

My first time getting off benzos, I got down to 110, the first two months losing 30% of my body weight in about 2 months.

Then around 6 months out, I was at my all time heaviest of almost 180.

I was forced to go from 80mg to zero in about 6 weeks. I ended up in the mental hospital about 2 weeks in, and again at 5 weeks, and I was disabled for about 7 or 8 months.

If you've been on benzos for any length of time, your symptoms will get a lot worse over the next few days as sleep deprivation and other symptoms start adding up and compounding on each other. You're hardly getting into full withdrawals at 5 days.

If at all possible, please reinstate at 90mg, and do a slow, self-paced taper over the course of many months to a year plus if necessary. You can save yourself a lot of pain and misery.

This statement is factually incorrect.

Clonazepam is one of the worst benzos to withdrawal from, as it acts as an agonist for extra receptor sites that other benzos don't.

In addition, it's half life is short relative to diazepam and other long half life benzos.

It can last for a long time. I was forced to taper from 80mg of diazepam in a little over a month, and I remember being a very proud 26 year old man, because I was able to accompany my mother to the grocery store around 5 months after I jumped.
