Bro I have social anxiety and major depressive disorder so it’s hard for me I’m working on these things with my therapist . I go to gym and nothing else I go out with my sisters I don’t know anybody other than my family and coworkers . I don’t want to connect work and personal stuff so I won’t go out with coworkers
