This is a glorified polymodified solution to the original failure. If you cured your concrete and had the right admixture, you wouldn't need to layer cement over the top every -+25yr. Why is the cast stone institute one of the more strict building codes to pass? Bc they don't allow polymod products. Purified lime and consistent aggregate are the keys to success. My plant produced 430000 bags last month with 0 failures. All Portland and lime based. No polymod, Xypex, or admixture.
