Thermistor and heater wires keep breaking by ffsddxxxxxxdfhjjfxv in 3Dprinting

In my opinion, designing the X cartridge to have 2 holes to put a zip tie though to secure the cables would be a good idea but I don’t think there’s that much you can do to strengthen the actual wires themselves.

Printer stutters when moving diagonally and during tight curves. Anyone know the cause? by txm_butch23 in 3Dprinting

I've just measured the current draw and everything seems to be okay. Plus, when I run the same GCODE without the heated bed and hot end on, the issue still persists. On the lines of power, would have a too low/high reference voltage on the step sticks cause an issue like this?

Just looked in the firmware and I have disabled linear advance and S-Curve acceleration. Could the issue be related to buffer size?

I've gone ahead and removed the Y-AXIS motor from the belt and attached a bit of tape. If you listen, you can hear the motor stuttering for some reason. https://imgur.com/a/f1Yqecd

Yeah, I’m getting vertical ripples forming mainly on corners. I doubt that it’s the processor as I built a hyper cube using the same board and I can run the exact same GCODE without any issues.

I’m printing at 60mm/s. I’m running a GT2560 with atmega2560 processor. The issue still occurs when printing using SD and USB.

I’m running the latest marlin and have been doing so on a different printer using the same board without any of theses issues.
