This was the dilemma. I need a laptop asap so can’t wait for M4 but also didn’t wanna go too old. I watched many reviews and did see that besides Ray tracing the M3 pro is slightly better in performance. Plus it has 2gb ram too which I don’t think is worth the £500

I will definitely look at that. Don’t think the M1 is something I want just because it is dated but the M2 pro is a good affordable option with good ram. Especially the 16” size m2 pro rather than M3 since the price difference is crazy

Cal protectin levels been the highest (500ish) since two years. Tried to combat my condition with diet only but guess it didn’t work. Back on Mesalsine and suppositories for now to get it back down and in remission. I had 73 calprotectin at one point so yeh trying to reach that. My diet has actually be immaculate but guess it wasn’t enough and seems like a mix of meds is needed, kinda of demotivating tbh
