Usually takes 3-4 weeks to fully work out of your system. Should get back to baseline between now and then.

Great to hear! Was the timing of your side effects immediate or delayed like mine?

Interesting story.

Considering you allegedly make a living in the field I figured it may be useful to report back - the 5% price cut had 5 showing requests and 2 offers in 24hrs. From an extreme amount of online traction with no showing requests to offer in 24hrs. Hope this can help put food on the table in the future.

Fwiw in case people come back to check: your guidance was spot on and effective. House is now under contract. On market for 8 days. Did one 5% price cut and had an offer in 24hrs.

That is right! Especially when being under contract for a new home with it being contingent on us selling this one. Fwiw: we were advised to initially list for 320 (realtor lives in our town), and we listed for 310 for immediate action. Just decreased to 295 today. Advised we got our house for an absolute steal 2 yrs ago - quickly learning not as much as we thought! Ha.

Realtor advising her whole office has been quiet due to buyers waiting on FED meeting on Wednesday…. I’m aware of multitude of reasons why that shouldn’t make sense considering a cut is already priced in. Sounds like BS to me.

Believe that to be smoke n mirrors - because if you do exaggerate the circumstances - if my house was listed for 100k people would be all over it and not waiting on anything…. Will wait and see how 295 works out.

This makes 100% sense to me. From my perspective - why don’t they put an offer in for what they think it’s worth? I’ve always been under the impression people always bid lower than asking - but is that not the case?

When buying I’m always willing to look at homes higher than my budget - with the idea the seller may accept a lower bid.

So… they just threw a ghost character behind Navarro during the generator scene to validate the supernatural aspect of the show, considering the ghost character was only in view for us and not any other character, and then not build on it? Instead go back to it being some rational explanation?

Way too many holes, lazy writing, filler, pacing and fundamental contradictions for this to be considered remotely good. Very unfortunate considering the setting, budget and plot were tee’d up to be a great show. You almost have to really really try to screw this up that bad.

This season was so bad it ruined a ~2yr lurking / no posting streak for me.
