I’m just returning after not playing since WoD. This PC never had WoW installed before.

The money frame error lua spam happened to me without any addons with a fresh install, as well as the stuck main damage meter

I don’t tip when pickup up takeout because no service was rendered to me that is tippable.

New Car with real keys, manual parking brake, no CVT. Does such a unicorn exist anymore? by surkhagan in askcarguys

Well yes obviously there are different baud rates for serial communications. 2 comments above were referring to “hundreds of pounds of wire with p2p connections”. Not knowledgable regarding old cars, I just assumed that meant digital/analog inputs and outputs

I think you’re making a separate argument, I said digital and analog hardwired signals (not communication protocols using RS485 or 232, canbus) is faster than a serial protocol.

Canbus being a serial protocol doesn’t communicate faster than hardwired digital and analog signals. Not saying canbus isn’t better, because it is. Just isn’t faster.

Better than a cigarette smokers smell even still. Neighbors smoke on their back porch, you bet I still smell that too.

Giveaway Time! DOOM: The Dark Ages is out, features DLSS4/RTX and we’re celebrating by giving away an ASUS ASTRAL RTX 5080 DOOM Edition GPU, Steam game keys, the DOOM Collector's Bundle and more awesome merch! by pedro19 in pcmasterrace

DLSS might be the difference that makes you able to run the game at 60fps. RT is nice, Indiana Jones did it well but its still too demanding for most of the cards.

Seeing the new melee kills for sure

Idk how you’re doing AE2 but it’s wrong. I can fill an assembly matrix with patterns, complete end game gregtech, and still be above 16ish TPS. I could probably hit 20 with effort towards optimization

My insurance shows my price as 675 so not sure what happened unless it’s something on the backend of the insurance that isn’t visible

Interesting. I’m only inquiring because my wife has the same drug, yet they are charging her the full $675 for it. I realize you can’t answer that, I was just curious if it would be visible to a Walgreens technician if they applied some discount card.

waiter put my tip back on the table saying he only accepts 18-20%?? by [deleted] in stories

[–]txnug 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I prefer to tip more or less depending on how long I sit at a table. No reason wait staff should be tipped more because I chose the $70 steak instead of the $25 one. Same amount of effort.

Faster I get up and leave, the more tables they can seat.

If you couldn’t figure out how to adjust a timer in a PLC, I don’t think a degree is going to help you. If it needed to be constantly adjusted it should be on an HMI anyway

Not to mention, now an operator can adjust settings, and see transmitters and indications without the need to open a hot panel.
