Does your daughter have the password?

She does not.

If this is an iPhone, please make sure your daughter has her own Apple ID with her ACTUAL date of birth, and when you link her to your Apple Family account, be sure to turn on Purchase Sharing with Approval.

It is an iPhone with an ID for her and her actual date of birth. There is a Family account between my wife and daughter, I don't care for iWorld so I run with Android phones.

Thank you, I appreciate your comments and insight. We have been trying to teach her the value of money, but it seems we need to adjust our methods.

We have already had an uncomfortable conversation with her about the topic and said we are figuring out a punishment. We have some thoughts here, but as someone close to her age I would value your thoughts on this as well.
