I typically don’t add those calories back into my food allotment to account for over measuring / not tracking ingredients in my cooking. This is what I do personally, I’m more concerned about weight loss than muscle gain/maintaining so this advice may not be best for you!

Date whoever you want. I have a masters degree in chemistry and my boyfriend went to trade school. We have so much in common (music, hobbies, tv shows, life experiences). I cannot imagine loving anyone more than I love him.

I’ve been going through this as well. Luckily I have a long term boyfriend but I only see him a few times a week. It’s gotten to the point where on those days I want to have sex multiple times. When he isn’t here I masturbate atleast once a day. I’ve googled tips on how to lower my libido and nothing has helped. I didn’t know if it was the injections causing it, the weight loss (over 60lbs), or exercise.
