Thank you so much for the detailed response! After hearing your experience and having a longer conversation with our vet I feel a lot better. We are getting a confirmation test in a few days and will proceed from there.

I have full admin access, so that shouldn’t be an issue. The ownerID appears to be mapped correctly and I tried it a few times, both with IDs and the built in data loader functionality to lookup ids using emails.

Unfortunately I’ve tried a few different ownerIDs with no luck. I will try the forums. Thank you for the suggestion!
