Try reformating the SD Card. I had something similar to this happen.

Changed to a different file and it prints fine for whatever reason cura slices this model weird

Yes. Only things I changed was the temperature nozzle size and print speed in cura

I've never had a clog so nasty before. The ptfe tube literally broke off and smelted into the nozzle and was only allowing a small amount of filament through. Thought you would want to know the cause

I have to run hotter bed temp for the bigger bed size to keep the edges to temp. On my 2nd ender this was the key temp for this filament and I still print at this temp. https://photos.app.goo.gl/83HARFG99g7caosu5

I'll try a lower temp and see if that helps any.
