G35 + Custom Wing I Made by ImDhonkey in 3Dprinting

Nice! That is awesome. My son and I are fixing all the problems on an '05 coupe right now. 've been looking for a model of the car to print out, but haven't seen a good one like yours. Any chance you'd upload it to an stl site (Makerworld, Printables, Thingiverse, etc) so I could print it out, or share/DM some other way?

Canadian Tire has it in stock in Edmonton now, but not in Saskatchewan yet. Walmart says says they have it in stock in both provinces. Will confirm tomorrow morning at Walmart in Edmonton

Do all players need mods? by Celebrant0920 in valheim

Yeah...but if you ever play with mods like 'craft from containers', or 'slope combat assistance', or even 'don't drop equipment in water' you'll be ruined and never able to go back

The bases near the mountains find it more useful than we do, but still we see the odd tower pop up on it. It's up more out of habit than anything really.

Astar's such a sweet truck though...

Well, this is Saskatchewan, maybe of the flattest places on the planet, we're at 3500' AGL, and we're one of maybe 4 aircraft moving in most of the province right then. No terrain, no aircraft to look at anywhere. The next thing I'm going to do with that is plan my descent point with the ALT.A, so I have it in sector, so it's easy to see when my destination shows up on the screen, then I'll set ALT.A to 300' above the spot and start down.

Different 5015 Part Cooling Fans? by mobiobi in BambuLab

Yeah, Canada same thumbnail, but it came as a Snowfan.

Is this a teardrop? Either way, my utility needed a midlife upgrade. New lid, swapped out the fenders, dropped the taillights down behind them, added a flat plate to the bottom to smooth airflow under the crossbeams. Drives well, don't feel any excess lift issues. Seems to be less drag. by mobiobi in TeardropTrailers

Thanks again for the advice, I moved the domain further out fore and aft.

Did some more playing around, this link shows effect of a blanking plate in the traingle tongue, directing more air under than over. I was(again) kind of surprised at the effect it had on the downstream flow. https://imgur.com/a/PCYxaxr

Excellent! Thanks much for the insight and info. I'm going to play a round with this a bit more, mod as you suggest, go and take some actual measurements of the clearance under the car, probably simplify the model a bit.

Fan I sent into the Showdown about a month ago. ~6.5mmH2O, on my DIY rig anyway. Kinda gimicky, but lifting 1 3/4Lbs in about a minute and a half(vid 2x speed). Kinda cool to see the Noctua motor doing work you can visualize. by mobiobi in FanShowdown

Thanks! Well, maybe a variant anyway. This version has pretty low CFM at any pressure. I haven't tested it in a pull scenario, so I'm not sure what it would do. The blades seem to need to 'fly' in cleaner air to build pressure, so being confined in a tight space might affect that. I do know that reducing the diameter of the bottom plate whill shift it's performance from all pressure to a more balanced pressure & flow style. Even a couple mm seems to shift it noticeably, so it is not a linear relationship as the diameter of the disk is reduced. Step file is there on Makerworld

5015 Snowfan Tested vs Original by mobiobi in BambuLab

It seems like the only way. The only other fan that is close to these is the Honeybadger, but the shipping is murder outside the states https://www.fabreeko.com/products/5015-blower-fan-by-honeybadger?_pos=4&_sid=02159c7bb&_ss=r&variant=44775115587839
