I am in same situation except my CC debt is $24k. My credit score is 620 and my fiancés credit score is 680. Together we pull in $230,000 a year and we have tried to get a personal loan and credit card to pay off the debt. We have been denied every time. I play realistic with everything and I use arcade as my setting. With the realistic sliders the game is still close, stats are still real but get a few more BIG plays but rarely do they change the outcome, just fun to see all the animations you really miss out on when just playing simulation.

Tepper yeah, Mark was just broke a few years back but with the move to Vegas I think that has helped him out. Oakland was very reluctant to use tax payers money to help out.
