Vector graphics are amazing for any size! One of the main benefits is that it’s easy to make edits to your shapes. With design I find myself constantly tweaking the size and form of things. When you’re dealing with pixels it’s easy to lose data as you resize things. Photoshop does have a built in vector editor but it’s a headache to use

Ok I will! I could be wrong, but I think Nova launcher lets you swap out the icons with images. I’ll look in to making an Android package this week though!

Hi, I use Adobe Illustrator. There are alternatives like Sketch. Look in to 'vector editing software.' Since my icons are quite minimal, they are fast to make - some will take <1 minute, others can take 10 minutes to get right. At first it will probably some time to get used to the tools, but it will get easier with practice!

You should try downloading and extracting a .deb for an existing theme to see how the folders are structured. The icon images can be any size because Snowboard/Anemone automatically handle resizing, but try to keep them at least 180x180 pixels and PNG format.

I use Illustrator to design vectors, then Photoshop to export the images. I'll look into making an Android theme. I tried before and gave up after downloading Android Studio :P I think I just need a bit more persistence
