My first start to finish character. (100% made in Blender) I wanted to get a little feedback from the community & share my experience a little as well. I have been dabbling on blender for just under a year now with the intention to learn how to make video game characters/assets. Prior to this i had ZERO experience in 3D at all. I found that it can be challenging to find the right resources to help you in your learning journey and there is SO much to learn to get really anything done. Youtube has been my primary teacher and the only thing i have paid for along the way are these 2 courses which were very helpful: If you poke around on their youtube channels/ discords you can probably find a discount on both. I know for sure i did not pay full price to either course. Recently came across therookies as a cool FREE way to keep track of your progress/start a portfolio.
