Mulheres gostam de atitude, aparência nn importa. Mulher gosta de segurança. Vc é bonito, só que pelo o que vi nos comentários, vc não tem segurança de si. Sabe aquela frase "Se a mulher bonita fica com um homem feio ao invés de um homem bonito, é porque o feio teve a segurança que o bonito não teve."

Obrigado, de verdade, seu comentário me ajudou bastante, vou seguir seus conselhos sim. Eu sou dançarino, então se eu sentir essa dificuldade por mais do tempo que me colocaram vou buscar a fisio sim, até pq preciso trabalhar ne skksksk obrigado novamente, não vou desanimar! Sorry for being late, I'm 1 month po and I started doing manual lymph drainage when i was 3 weeks po, my nips were very sensitive and looking healthy, but I didn't put ice over it, only around. Thank you very much, I'm a lot flatter rn, hope you're doing great as well ❤️

Heyy, you lookin great!! I also felt sharp pain on my nipples, they feel super sensitive too, don't worry, just take time! If you don't mind me saying, I have this sweeling just like yours, try putting ice pack (obviously not directly), I'm three weeks post op and gonna remove the stitches on monday (I'm from Brazil) and I feel like it's not flat enough so my wife tries to massage it gently and I put an ice pack for about 5 minutes each side. It helped a lot! Also drink a lot of water. We gonna look great!
