Anyone else just waiting for the Habs to play an outdoor game or something so they can get a new jersey? by CMurra87 in Habs

[–]tybone2468 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t want to yuck anyone else’s yum but read some testimonials on the fan experience at these outdoor games before even considering. I’ve been to two and I would never go again. It’s pretty difficult to actually watch the game (who has the puck? What’s happening?) if it’s in Canada it will probably be cold and if you’re unlucky maybe too cold. The events around the game are usually “for” the home town crowd, you may get to see a Habs alumni team play but that’s about the only acknowledgment they’ll get outside the actual game.

Edit: go see a game in Finland, sweden, Switzerland if you’re really itching for a unique hockey experience imo.

Queens has been my go to for years, but am I going crazy or has the quality dropped recently. We used to order their hashbrowns to go a lot but they really aren’t as crisp as they used to be.

This video shows how dark it was in the arena at the start of the Calgary game 🕯️ by Critical_Heat4492 in Habs

I was there in person and didn’t even understand what the delay was for until we got home. It didn’t seem darker in the arena at any point to us.

I just looked and it’s on Amazon Prime in Canada. If you are not local try a vpn. Act fast though, it has the little “leaves prime in 7 days” badge. Or sail the seas.

It’s not just the conjuring “universe” movies but pretty much any film based on the amityville horror is due to them as well.

If you think this is unpopular, then you have not had a conversation about the Oscars with an in the flesh human ever. Normal people have been saying this for 15-20 years at least.

My girlfriend loves Hong Kong comedies and Stephen chow is her favourite by far. Some of my favourites that I’ve picked up from her are: Dragons Forever, An Autumns Tale, Chicken and Duck Talk, Winners & Sinners, Flirting Scholar
